My name is Joe Dunne, and I am the owner of Joe Dunne Fitness.

I have over 20 years experience of training in gyms. I’m a highly qualified Personal Trainer for the past 14 years in a variety of disciplines. Having traveled the world and trained in gyms globally, I’ve picked up a lot of training tips along the way.  I’m a fully qualified Elite Strength and Conditioning coach and Level 1 Certified Crossfit coach

 

From a young age I’ve always loved sport. My background is in Kick boxing & Weight training however over the past couple of years I’ve developed a love of endurance sport I have since completed numerous full & half marathons including the ultimate New York marathon, Gael Force adventure race & Turf guy. Raising thousands for charity along the way. I love training and setting myself new challenges.

 

Over the years I’ve trained all types of clients from elite athletes to clients who have serious injuries. For some, weight loss is their goal whilst others want to build lean muscle, tone up or to generally improve their fitness. I have also worked with a variety of people with injuries, disabilities & undergoing rehabilitation. Seeing my clients achieving & exceeding their goals inspires me however with each client brings new challenges and i look forward to my next!

FACILITIES

Our2600 sq ft private studio over 2 levels gives our personal training clients the privacy & attention they need to ensure they achieve and exceed their goals. Training can only take place with a personal trainer or at one of our variety of classes. Classes include TRX, Bootcamp and many more.
