H.I.I.T BOOTCAMP

HIIT ( High Intensity Interval Training ) is a training technique in which you give all out 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more Body Fat in less time. Ideal for Burning Fat, Building Muscle and Getting Fit.

BOXFIT

Boxfit is a cardio workout. It is based on the training used for Boxing, so includes Boxing Drills with Pads, Punch Bags, Kicking Pads and Skipping. Also incorporating Abdominal and Core work. Great for relieving Stress and focusing on Fitness and Toning. No boxing experience needed. 

WEIGHTS CLASS

Weights class is a great class for Building lean muscle and Getting a tight toned Body..Class incorporates lifts like Squat's, Deadlift's, Bench Press, Pull up's, Row's, Over head pressing and many more. This class will make your body Blitz into unwanted Bodyfat and help build some Lean, Toned and Strong Muscle.
